  You can subscribe to Carnnect without creating an account. Therefore, a subscriber is not necessarily a Carnnector. Also, you can create an account without subscribing your email to any location. Therefore, a Carnnector may not necessarily be a subscriber. When you subscribe to Carnnect locations, you will receive daily emails as deals become available in those areas.
