Any private party individual or any size business can sign up for Carnnect and use it to interact with other individuals and businesses in an open environment concerning all things-automotive. The account creation process is automated with full control given to the user.

The CARNNECT platform was developed by B.R. Rogers, Chief Software Architect and CEO of ROGEE^®. Rogers is an Internet Guru, a computer systems administrator, and an avid programmer who is proficient in several programming languages. Carnnect was developed with a combination of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bash in a Linux open platform environment.

Although the company had spent a couple of years tossing around the idea, the current version of CARNNECT took Rogers exactly one month of non-stop programming to develop (July 4th 2011 to August 4th 2011). The company launched the product on August 7th, 2011.

CARNNECT^™ is a proprietary product and trademark B.R. Rogers and ROGEE Corporation. All Rights Reserved. Others have expressed interest in investment into Carnnect, but the company is yet to release a format investor request. At the current outlook, it does not seem this is likely.
