Yes. While the deal is running, you can select to cancel your purchase. You can also purchase different configurations of the same deal if you so desire. However, after the deal is closed, whether the minimum takers was reached or not, you cannot change or delete an purchase. If the minimum takers is not reached, your card is never charged.

You are added to the list of buyers, but your card is not charged until the deal is on. After the deal is on and your card is successfully charge for the purchase amount, you will receive an email notice within 24-72 hours. Alternatively, you can login to Carnnect.com to track your purchase.

Before the deal is closed, you can login and delete or change your order. After the deal is closed, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds for services except in extreme cases (for example a merchant goes out of business before you get to redeem the service bought).
